In this workshop, we will explore the role of the vagus nerve and the three autonomic states in shaping our experience of safety, stress, and connection.
You’ll gain a deeper understanding of how your body responds to the world — and how to gently guide it back to regulation.
This is a practical and experiential session designed to help you reconnect with your body’s natural capacity for balance.

She is currently teaching a training program for health professionals on "The Polyvagal Theory as a Resource of Health" at the Schlossberg Institute, Vienna School of Health Promotion.
