Access Bars® is a gentle hands-on technique that eases the mind and body. The Bars are 32 points on the head where thoughts, emotions and beliefs are stored.
When it is simply too much
Do you know that feeling when you still function on the outside, but inside you already sense that it is too much?
Too many thoughts • too many duties • too much pressure
You plan, you solve, you try to handle things the “right” way — but it no longer comes with ease. And perhaps you can no longer fully rest, because the mind keeps working.
When you need to switch the mind off and finally breathe
Access Bars® is a gentle relaxation process that can create more space where there is too much pressure in the head, the body or in life.
No need to analyse. No pressure to perform. No hunt for instant solutions. Come, lie down and let the body and mind gradually let go.
How does Access Bars® work?
With a light touch, the body can settle into a deeper calm. The mind slows, tension eases and the nervous system gets space to rest and recover.
Access Bars® can support the release of accumulated mental and physical tension that often builds with long-term stress, constant thinking, or emotional and physical load.

Frequently asked questions
How long is one session?
An Access Bars® session lasts 70–90 minutes. You simply lie comfortably, rest and let the points do their work.
How many sessions will you need?
Everyone responds differently. One session can bring immediate relief. A series of 3 sessions is helpful in a more demanding period. Regular sessions (once a month) help keep balance.
