We often try to change circumstances, behaviour or emotions. Real change begins when we look at what creates them.
In coaching we do not work only with the story or the situation. Together we explore the energy, beliefs, choices and patterns behind what you are living now.
I use Access Consciousness® tools, perceptive questions and energy work, which often open possibilities where none seemed to exist.
This is not about telling you what to do. My role is to help you see what you may not have seen yet, and to create space so change can happen naturally.
Each session is unique and shaped by what matters most for you in that moment.
