Victoria Fitz is originally from North Carolina, USA and has been abroad since 2017.
She has been studying Yoga and Nutrition through the ancient Indian medicine Ayurveda.
After an injury from a car accident and suffering from digestive problems, Ayurvedic Yoga helped her to heal a shattered elbow and to find balance within her diet.
She has more than 500 hours of training in different techniques from Thailand and Bali. Her classes are in English and focus on bringing harmony to the Chakras and Doshas of the energetic body. She incorporates Astrology, Crystal healing, and Aromatherapy in her lessons to build a well rounded practice.

Ayurveda (Ayur = Life, Veda = Knowledge) is a natural, comprehensive healing science that originated over 5000 years ago based on living in harmony with nature. It is an essential and integral component of understanding your own unique nature and how to do specific yoga asanas (postures) and pranayama (breath work) to balance your dosha or Ayurvedic constitution.
The 5 elements combine into three basic energies, Vata (air and ether), Pitta (fire and a little water) and Kapha (earth and water) and determine how the individual finds balance, or goes out of balance.
This practice will focus on balancing and assessing your own prakruti (original nature) and vikruti (current state) to help you understand what style of yoga, which kinds of foods, and lifestyle choices are most suited for you. This will be a 60 minute Vedic Vinyasa Flow focusing on aligning the chakras and elements within each of us.
