Heartfulness Program for Teachers

8 week science based relaxation and meditation program by Heartfulness Institute, Germany. You will learn simple relaxation and meditation practices, then practical exercises to destress, ground, unwind and connect to your self.

Format of the workshops: 
- 10 min: science of meditation and its benefits
- 35 min: practical exercises: relaxation, meditation,
  rejuvanation, stress detox, anger detox, fear detox, ect.
-   5 min: Q&A
