We offer a great opportunity to participate in this program for teachers and school administrators. Based on our agreement this can be included in your development hours.
8 week science based relaxation and meditation program by the Heartfulness Institute. You will learn simple relaxation and meditation practices including practical exercises to destress, ground, unwind and connect to your inner self.
Format of the workshops:
- 15 min: science of meditation and its benefits
- 30 min: practical exercise: relaxation, meditation & more
- 5 min: Q&A
