We held certain poses and postures for minutes, but not in the way you would in a Bikram practice.
Main focus is on feeling comfortable & relaxed using a variety of props including blankets, bolsters and yoga blocks to fully support your body in each pose.

Maintaining flexibility and stability in the hips is crucial for lower-back health, not to mention for cultivating overall freedom and ease in our bodies.
