Yoga came to my life in a very natural way. After I got a serious trauma from doing martial arts, I couldn’t continue training as I did before. Suddenly yoga appeared and gave me the chance to train my body again, but in a different way.

Yoga is not just the movement of your body from one asana to another. Yoga is a lifestyle. It has the power of changing each aspect of your life, as long as you know how far you want to go, or what you want to achieve. By doing yoga, you let your body and soul unite and become one.
