WHAT DO WE LEARN?
1) Anatomically & physiologically right sitting pose at your desk.
2) Correct & practical breathing techniques that help reduce stress and anxiety or rather refreshes your body and mind when in the need (without taking your 3rd coffee even before lunch time).
3) Eye exercises to maintain the health of your eyes.
4) Desk & chair yoga asanas you can do at work for common workplace ailments (headaches, neck/shoulder tension, wrist/hand issues, low back/hip pain).
5) Meditation technique that helps increase focus and productivity.

You will also get a detailed manual to help you remember how to practice yoga at your office.
